Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist – Join a Patient-Centered, Airway-Focused Practice in Park Ridge
Beyond Smiles of Park Ridge is looking for a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our privately owned, relationship-based dental practice.
We believe dentistry is about more than teeth. Our team focuses on whole-person health, airway and breathing, prevention, education, and creating an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and wants to continue learning and growing professionally.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Illinois.
- Is warm, dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
- Provides thorough, gentle, and compassionate care.
- Enjoys educating patients about the connection between oral health and overall health.
- Communicates confidently with patients and team members.
- Is open to learning new technology and clinical concepts.
Experience is appreciated, but we are also open to meeting an enthusiastic new graduate who is eager to learn and become part of a supportive team.
Schedule: Part-time, two to three days per week. Available hours include Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. The final schedule can be discussed based on availability and the needs of the practice.
Compensation: Starting at $53 per hour, structured as a salaried part-time position based on consistent scheduled hours, plus eligibility for our monthly team bonus program.
